Bio

Todd Kohlbecker is a respected, seasoned real estate executive with a distinctive background spanning corporate real estate portfolio strategy, franchising, and leadership advisory. With more than two decades of experience, Todd has built a reputation as a trusted partner for national brands and emerging businesses, leveraging real estate as a catalyst for growth and brand alignment. He has worked extensively in every state across the U.S., managing complex, large, multi-market portfolios and advising on expansion and optimization strategies for retail, office, and industrial clients. Todd most recently served as Senior Managing Director and Executive Account Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led national account teams and advised clients on strategic portfolio initiatives, transaction management, facilities management, lease administration, and construction management. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Retail Real Estate at Caleres (formerly Brown Shoe Co./Famous Footwear), where he helped double the national store footprint through a combination market optimization strategies and international growth. Todd is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he has served as State Retail Chair for Kansas/Missouri and Government Relations Chair. He holds a Missouri Broker/Salesperson License and remains a hands-on subject matter expert in real estate portfolio strategy, franchising, and Occupier Services. Todd received his master’s degree from Webster University, where he has served on the School of Communications Advisory Board, the University’s Board of Trustees (ex officio), President of the Alumni Association, and was recently awarded the University’s Distinguished Alumnus Award.
