Sim Doughtie is an experienced 40+ year veteran in the Atlanta commercial real estate market. He has been with King Industrial Realty, Inc. for 30+ years where he has served as President of the firm since 2008. Sim is a Life Member of Million Dollar Club of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors, and he currently serves on the Awards Committee.
