ashington, D.C. (November 4, 2013) – Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC International announces the sale of 1025 15th Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. for $9.5 million. The Buyer, Honeybee Hospitality, LLC was represented by Charlotte Seale, Associate Broker of Donohoe Hotel Advisory Group.
The nine story, 29,000 s.f., Beaux Arts building was built in 1895 and completely renovated in 1990. The building is located on the corner of 15th & L Street, N.W. in the heart of the Central Business District in Washington, D.C.
Honeybee Hospitality, LLC. (Buyer) plans to convert the office building to an Independent Hotel. “We are pleased the Buyer was able to seize this rare opportunity to acquire a vacant office building well located within the CBD with zoning adaptable to Hotel Use” said Charlotte Seale, Associate Broker of Donohoe Hotel Advisory Group who represented Honeybee Hospitality, LLC.
