135,781 SF Carson, CA Building Leased To Arms Logistics, Klabin Co./CORFAC Reports

Carson, CA (May 1, 2014) -  The Klabin Company/CORFAC International announces that a completely refurbished 135,781 square foot industrial building in Carson, CA has been leased to Arms Logistics, a leading logistics company.

Arms Logistics schedules a May occupancy of its new facility located at 2839 El Presidio St. 

Frank Schulz, SIOR, vice president in the Torrance, CA office of The Klabin Company,  along with Todd Taugner, SIOR, and David Prior, SIOR, partners of Klabin, represented the property owner, LBA Realty.  The five-year lease is valued at $4.3 million.  Kevin Kim of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Arms Logistics.

Arms Logistics provides complete logistics services encompassing all aspects from the point of origin to the receiving party.

The Carson building is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 27 dock high positions, six ground level doors, over 70 trailer parking spots, an extra large fenced yard, rail service, and 91 on-site parking spots.
