2025 Spring Conference Scholarships

Affinity Corp/CORFAC International Scholarships
Affinity Corp./CORFAC International in Indianapolis will fund 2 Next Gen Scholarships for the 2025 CORFAC Spring Conference in Los Angeles, which will take place February 26 - March 1. Scholarships will cover event registration, travel expenses, and hotel (up to $2,000 per recipient). Principals must nominate Next Gen members by Friday, December 20, for consideration. 

Eligibility criteria includes:

• Under 35 years old and less than 7 years' experience in commercial real estate.
• Members who have not previously attended a CORFAC conference.

To nominate a Next Gen for consideration, email CORFAC HQ's Director of Meetings and Membership Diann Harris (diann@corfac.com) the nominee's name, company and contact information by December 20. 

Affinity Corp./CORFAC International principals will conduct Interviews for the scholarships in early January. Recipients will be announced by mid-January.

CORFAC International Next Gen Scholarships
Nominate a Next Gen broker (age 35 or under and has no more than 7 years’ experience in the brokerage business) who would benefit from attending by emailing a brief recommendation to Diann Harris at diann@corfac.com. The broker must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a CORFAC firm. Only one person per firm qualifies for the scholarship. Qualifying Next Gen brokers will receive a comped registration.

Scholarships winners will be recognized at the Spring Conference Awards presentation although the winners will be notified as soon as the award is determined. Scholarship winners are required to attend the Awards presentation and next gen programing at the conference.

CORFAC Officers and Committee Chairs, Firm Principals or Partners, and Best Practices Leaders are not eligible for this scholarship. Previous Next Generation Scholarship winners are also not eligible.
