CORFAC International is pleased to announce the winners of our 2024 COR$TAR Awards, which recognize members for their in-network referral transactions.

The awards were announced during CORFAC’s 2025 Spring Conference in Los Angeles. The awards recognize the largest member-to-member referral transactions for both volume and square footage as well as firms with the most outbound referrals the prior year.

Top Industrial Referral
Mike Boyd, SIOR, Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International, Houston, and Joe Santaularia, Bradford Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, Dallas, collaborated on a 101,900-square-foot industrial lease for Western Pacific Building Materials and Prologis valued at $7,469,660. 

Top Office Referral
Eric Anderson, Capacity Commercial/CORFAC International, Portland, Oregon, and Phill Tomlinson, Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC International, Tempe, Arizona, collaborated on a 3,680-square-foot office sale from Bright Light Ventures to WMG Exchange 1 LLC valued at $2,545,400.

Top Retail Referral  
Todd Monahan, Wolf Commercial Real Estate/CORFAC International, Marlton, New Jersey, and Michael Castrilli, First Capital Property Group/CORFAC International, Orlando, Florida, collaborated on a 13,295-square-foot retail lease for K9 Resorts valued at $3,200,650. 

Top Investment Sale Referral  
Lawrence Oxenberg, Berger Commercial/CORFAC International, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Trent Scott, CCIM, First Capital Property Group/CORFAC International, Orlando, Florida, collaborated on a 59,889-sqaure-foot industrial investment sale for Too Dee LLC valued at $6,000,000. 

Top Referring Firms of the Year
CORFAC firms that were honored with the most outbound referrals last year include Berger Commercial/CORFAC International in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International in Houston, Texas.
