Phoenix., AZ (July 30, 2012) - Located in the dynamic Queen Creek submarket, Bella Vista Village is a 33,256 square foot, multi-tenant retail center located on Hunt Highway.  The center is adjacent to Johnson Ranch Master Planned Community in San Tan Valley at 270 East Hunt Highway.  Nick Miner, CCIM, David Verwer, CCIM, and Homer Savard, CCIM of Commercial Properties Incorporated/CORFAC International exclusively represented the seller, and the property was purchased by an out of state investor.

After a successful marketing campaign showcasing the property to commercial real estate investors, the building closed escrow for $4,020,000.  “This is a great value add opportunity with good income being generated by the property,” said Nick Miner, CCIM of Commercial Properties Incorporated.  The center was built in 2004 and was listed for $4,350,000.
