CHARLOTTE, NC (April 23, 2012) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today  announced that A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR has been named the President of the CRCBR (Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®). 

In addition to the role as President of CRCBR, Mr. Hensley will also take on the role as President of SiteIndex, the source for commercial listings in the Greater Charlotte Area.  Scott is a veteran to the Executive Committee of CRCBR and has served on the board since 2009. He previously held the office of Treasurer and was President-Elect prior to his appointment at president.

A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR has been in the commercial real estate industry over 18 years and is a principal broker of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International.  Scott is a proud Virginia Tech Hokie and also enjoys a hopeful round of scratch golf.
