CORFAC International is pleased to announce that AENGEVELT IMMOBILIEN has joined the CORFAC global real estate network as its newest affiliate, serving clients in Dusseldorf, Germany.

AENGEVELT was established in 1910 and now employs 125 people across six offices in Dusseldorf, Berlin, Frankfurt, Dresden, Leipzig and Magdeburg. The firm covers the office, retail, logistics, hotel and residential segments throughout Germany.

In 2017, the company’s annual transaction volume totaled more than $581 million USD. An additional 2 million square feet of office, logistics and retail space was leased. In total in 2017, the firm generated approximately $22 million USD in fees.
