Troy, Michigan (April 9, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC international is pleased to announce the lease of an industrial building in Madison Heights, Michigan. 

Aero Communications, Inc., a telecommunications service firm that provides design, engineering, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems to the private industry, government facilities, and residential customers, leased out a 13,578 square foot building to  serve as a satellite location for their Southeastern Michigan operations. 

Mr. Garry Rogers of L. Mason Capitani, Inc., Vice President of the Industrial Division represented the landlord in this transaction.
