Gardena, CA (October 5, 2012) – American Foam and Packaging, a 79-year-old custom fabricator of protective packaging products, has leased a 44,066 square foot industrial facility in Gardena, CA for expansion at the site, The Klabin Company/CORFAC International announces.

American Foam and Packaging schedules a Nov. 1 occupancy of its new facility located 15000 S. Broadway adjacent to its previous facility in the Rosecrans Industrial Park.

Courtney Bell and Matt Stringfellow in Klabin/CORFAC’s Torrance office represented both American Foam and Packaging and Steven L. Koch, the property owner.
The five-year lease is valued at $1.1 million.

Established in 1933, American Foam and Packaging is a custom fabricator specializing in Polyethylene, Polyurethane, and Expandable Polystyrene foams.  In addition to its Gardena operations, the company has offices in Phoenix, AZ.

Its newest Gardena facility occupies a high image corner at Redondo Beach Blvd.  The masonry structure features three dock high doors, fenced and paved yard, 3060 square feet of office space, and 50 on-site parking spots.
