Troy, MI (October 27, 2014) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the lease of 25551 Joy Blvd in Harrison Township to Aristo‐Cote, Inc. The company will be expanding into this new facility, which will increase their company’s square footage to over 150,000 square feet.

The property is a 42,515 square foot free‐standing manufacturing facility that is located in close proximity to its main headquarters. Aristo‐Cote specializes in custom coatings for material handling and packaging solutions. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented the tenant and landlord in this transaction.
