Troy, MI (October 22, 2014) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that ASRC Federal has leased an 18,495 square foot facility located at 35645 Stanley Drive, in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

ASRC Federal comprises a family of companies that provide mission‐critical services to federal government agencies dedicated to defense, civil and intelligence support. Jason Capitani represented the landlord in the transaction.
