Based in Auburn Hills, with an additional site located in Pontiac, the Warren industrial complex will address their rapid growth and expansion. Founded in 2000, they provide professional and innovative solutions for commercial supermarket chains, restaurants and grocery stores. Their services include general contracting, design/build, building maintenance, demolition, minor repair work, in-house  equipment mechanics, equipment hauling, warehousing and equipment sales.

Garry Rogers and Jason Capitani represented them in the acquisition of the site.
