$13 Million sale of an office building in Greenwood Plaza
Denver, Colorado (January 17, 2012)Bitzer Real Estate Partners/CORFAC International, a leading full service commercial real estate firm, announced the completion of the sale of Peakview Office Plaza at 7807 East Peakview Avenue, Centennial, CO 80111. 
The property was sold by MEPT Peakview Office Plaza I & II LLC to Peakview-Denver, LLC for $13 Million. Peakview-Denver, LLC is an affiliate of H.W. Kaufman Financial Group, an international network of insurance-related corporations. Burns & Wilcox, a subsidiary of Kaufman Financial Group, operates one of its 38 offices in Denver. Kaufman Financial Group is also the parent company to US-Reports, a premium audit, inspections, and risk-control company based in Loveland, CO.
JR Bitzer of Bitzer Real Estate Partners/CORFAC International represented the buyer, Peakview-Denver, LLC. Mary Sullivan and John Jugl of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller.
