Denver, CO (November 15, 2012) – Bitzer Real Estate Partners/CORFAC International announced today that on November 13th Brady Welsh and Ron Webert sold a manufacturing facility located at 4600 Ironton St in Denver, CO to Brue Capital Partners for $1,750,000. 4600 Ironton is a 37,636 SF industrial building located in the Montbello Industrial Park near Havana and I-70 that was constructed in 1976.

“This is a very functional building with numerous attractive features including heavy power and HVAC systems”, said Welsh. Webert and Welsh represented the seller, Johnwood Holdings, in the transaction.
