DENVER (May 29, 2012) – Bitzer Real Estate Partners/CORFAC International announced today that on May 4th Ron Webert and Brady Welsh sold Fig Street Plaza located at 6452 Fig Street in Arvada, CO to Red Fig, LLC, an affiliate of the The J.Red Group. The team of Webert and Welsh were able to procure the buyer who completed due diligence on the property in a 14-day period. Fig Street Plaza is a 34,955 SF flex/industrial building located near Indiana St. and West 64th Ave. in Arvada, CO that was constructed in 1998.

“Fig Street Plaza is the perfect asset for The J.Red Group as they build a portfolio in Colorado”, said Welsh.  John Comunale, the Managing Member, of Red Fig, LLC, said, “Fig Street was an ideal acquisition for us as a value add investor focusing on the industrial/flex sector.  It’s a unique opportunity in a very tight, West Denver submarket that we’re excited to get underway as we continue to add more properties to our Denver portfolio.” Red Fig, LLC was represented by Tanner Johnson and John Livaditis with Axio Commercial Real Estate.

The day prior to closing, Bitzer Real Estate Partners/CORFAC also finalized a 5,000 SF lease transaction with Quest Product Development. Quest was represented by Tim Rogers with Genesee Commercial Group.
