Houston, TX (November 26, 2012) –  Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International announced today that David M. Boyd, CCIM, SIOR of Boyd Commercial represented building owner Silverstein Enterprises of Magnolia in a 97,000-square-foot industrial building and long-term lease to Complete Drilling Solutions, LLC.  Steve Kuper and Preston Yaggi of The National Realty Group represented tenant.

The manufacturing facility is located on 9.4 acres and located at 5434 FM 1488 in the town of Magnolia., a rapidly growing area north of Houston. The site is located between Farm to Market Road 2978to the east and College Park Drive to the west. Property owner Silverstein is a Florida-based real estate investment firm.

Complete Drilling Solutions (CDS) is expanding its manufacturing capacity and hiring new workers to meet strong demand created by new oil and gas production.  CDS has already moved in to the facility and improved the facility by adding two new 10-ton bridge cranes.

The property was built in 1998 and expanded in 2007. It is single story and features:
