Houston, TX (August 20, 2013) – Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International announced today that David M. Boyd, CCIM, SIOR of Boyd Commercial represented a leading logistics company in a lease for 65,400 square feet at Central Green Business Park Building 10 in Northwest Houston. The property, located at 16330 Central Green Blvd., is owned by Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY).

The logistics firm serves the oil and gas industry and did not want to disclose its name.

The new space nearly doubles the company’s occupancy from its original premises of 32,000 square feet when it moves into its new location and will serve as the company headquarters with 4,500 square feet used as office space and the remainder of the space will be utilized for warehouse and distribution purposes.

The company plans to move into its new facility in September from another property owned by Liberty Property Trust.

Located off Beltway 8 along the Hardy Toll Road, Central Green Business Park provides a unique blend of office, flex/R&D and warehouse/bulk distribution space. The park’s strategic location, in close proximity to Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport, in one of Houston’s most dynamic markets, makes this deed-restricted business park an exceptional location for a variety of businesses.

The logistics company transaction was managed by David Boyd in cooperation with Peter Blanchard and the corporate services unit of The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International based in Chatham, NJ.
