April 16, 2012 - The DFW Crossing has added 7,202 sf of retail space to a 1,200-sf lease in Westchester Market Shopping Center, 4136 S. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX, from Westchester 4126 LLC. Shawn Hall and Jason Miller, market directors for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Will Gravlee of Gravlee Commercial represented the landlord.

HLM Marketing LLC has leased 2,357 sf of retail space in Northridge Court, 2741 E. Belt Line Rd., Carrollton, TX, from Mwest Holdings LLC. Leigh Richter, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Paul Richter, director of retail marketing, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Scientica Foods LLC has leased 2,280 sf of light industrial space in Marsh Business Park East, 3706 Arapaho Rd., Addison, TX, from SeaCal Addison LLC. Susan Singer, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, market director, represented the landlord. Tammy Winner of Bates & Myers represented the tenant.

Ludwig Diversified Enterprises, dba Visiting Angels, has leased 1,020 sf of flex office space in Merrick Park, 930 N. Belt Line Rd., Irving.
