Frog Street Press has renewed 29,600 sf of warehouse space in Heritage Business Park, 800 Industrial Blvd., Grapevine, TX. Michel W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord, KTR DFW LLC. Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.

Royal Finish Inc. has leased 11,533 sf of warehouse space in Sandhill Business Park, 10725 Sandhill Rd., Dallas, from OMO Investment Co. Jason Miller, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
