DALLAS (June 4, 2012) – Seeking to capitalize on current market momentum, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International has promoted one of its stellar producers, Susan Singer, to executive vice president of brokerage services.

"There are a lot of properties transitioning through portfolio sales, foreclosures and note sales," says Singer, whose new duties include business development throughout North Texas. "We feel it's a good time to have a person on point with the movement in the market."

Singer will focus on large assignments and transactions while continuing to provide landlord and tenant representation to her existing and longtime office and industrial clients. Since joining the firm in October 2002, she has been senior vice president and managing partner of the Northeast Dallas corridor, a torch and title she recently passed to Michael Grant.

"Susan was Bradford’s Top Producer in 2011, and her new role will leverage her skill set into larger transactions DFW-wide with the sophisticated portfolio managers and users who require her 24 years of expertise," says Kevin J. Bradford's new executive vice president started in the industry in 1988 in Austin and relocated in 1992 to Dallas/Fort Worth. The award-winning broker is highly respected by her peers for her deep market knowledge and savvy negotiating skills and sense of fair play.

Singer was named Bradford's top producer in 2011, D CEO "Powerbroker" and Dallas Business Journal's "Heavy Hitter."  Her career to date has yielded 668 closed transactions, valued at more than $177 million – exceeding 5.3 million square feet of leased space and 156 acres of land sales.

Singer earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2002. She is active in Commercial Real Estate Women and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, previously serving on the boards of both associations.

"I will continue to directly work on brokerage, tenant representation, leasing and investment sales, but I am going to be looking for opportunities market-wide for Bradford," Singer says.
