Northridge LLC has sold the 37,400-square foot Northridge Business Center, an industrial flex building on nearly 2.5 acres at 2002-2006 TX 360 to Chapald-BC LLC. Executive Vice President and Managing Partner Michael W. Spain and President ad CEO Kevin J. Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the seller in the direct deal.

In addition, Randy's Holdings Ltd. has sold a 7,018-sf industrial building on 0.4 acres at 3508 Dilido Rd. in Dallas, to Letronics Inc. Market Director Clint Manning and Senior Vice President and Managing Partner Ed Pachecano at Bradford represented the seller in the direct deal.

In a third recently closed lease, Henry Schein Inc. has leased 25,599 sf of office space in Park Springs Place at 4025 Woodland Park Blvd. in Arlington, Texas, from Transamerican Life Insurance Co. Vice President Jason Miller and EVP/Managing Partner Michael Spain represented the tenant. Kurt Cherry and Shae Byers of PM Realty Group LP represented the landlord.

Beckmen Law, P.C., has leased 5,299 sf of office space in Vineyard Office Center at 1111 S. Main St. in Grapevine, from Michael and Patricia Robinson. Senior Vice President and Managing Partner Nick Talley of Bradford represented the tenant and the landlord was represented by in-house executive, Linda Steinhaus.
