Irving, TX (October 14, 2013) – In an early renewal and expansion, Midco Dental Inc. has signed a long-term lease to more than double the size of its showroom, office and distribution center in North Texas.

The Oklahoma-based company has boosted its footprint from 6,150 sf to 14,377 sf at 2928 Skyway Circle N. in Irving, snapping up an adjacent suite that suddenly became available during its search for expansion space.

"We started to survey the DFW metroplex in March because Midco Dental didn't want to wait until the last minute to begin its search with the way the market is moving," says Jason Miller, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International. "When the space next door became available, it certainly made sense to stay, given the moving cost and the deal terms." The company is marking its fifth year in the 83,686-sf Quad Center, owned by Greenbriar Holdings Dallas Ltd.

The family-owned medical equipment dealer will move into the extra space this month, expanding its showroom to 1,100 sf and gaining additional office and air-conditioned warehouse space with the new deal. Dan Lawson of Proterra Properties Inc. represented the landlord.
