Roseville, CA (April 15, 2013) - Award-winning long-time agent Bruce Wirt joined TRI Commercial/CORFAC International as a Senior Vice President specializing in Office and Investment properties, TRI Commercial/CORFAC International Principal and Regional Manager Ed Benoit announced today.

Wirt began his career with Panattoni, Oates and Massie in 1979 and spent 20 years with Colliers International as a frequent Top Producer racking up more than 1,000 transactions along the way. Before joining TRI Commercial/CORFAC International, Wirt was a Senior Vice President with Cornish & Carey.

Recently, Wirt closed significant regional transactions including the Sutter Health lease/sale of a 300,000-square-foot, 36-acre office/land parcel on Foothills Boulevard in Roseville, as well as a 100,000-square-foot lease for Sutter Health in Mather and another 55,000-square-foot lease for Genworth Financial in Rancho Cordova.

Wirt is a member of Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He served as President of the SIOR Northern California Chapter in 2007.  He is an active member of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, and supporter of the Cystinosis Foundation – Jenna & Patrick Foundation of Hope.
