Troy, Michigan (April 2, 2012) –L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 87,400 square foot industrial building located at 36870 Green Street in New Baltimore, Michigan. Caliber Metals, Inc. will occupy the facility. Currently headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan, Caliber specializes inprefabricated metal buildings and components. They were founded in 1988. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani represented both parties in the transaction.
