Troy, MI (November 17, 2014) – Troy, Michigan based L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of the 33,000 square foot Berkshire Office Building located at 31000 Lahser Road in Beverly Hills, Michigan to California based LSTC Michigan, LLC. The building is home to seven (7) individual tenants.

This sale represents the fourth Detroit area office property acquired by the California investor.  The asking price for the property was $1,350,000.00.  The final selling price has not been reported. Executive Vice President and Principal Member Mason L. Capitani represented LSTC Michigan, LLC in the sale.  “This transaction is another excellent example of the appetite that out of state investors have for acquiring properties in Michigan,” commented Capitani.
