The occupancy of the office building was approximately 75% at the time of sale. The purchaser plans to renovate the building and reposition it as a premium location for office tenants in the area. The building’s classic architecture and its convenient location at the I-75/Adams Road interchange made the building an attractive acquisition for the purchaser. Mason L. Capitani and Gary P.
