CORFAC would like to congratulate Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International's Steve Hunker (left) and Mark Childs, SIOR, who were recognized at the firm's annual awards dinner in downtown Portland, OR, last month.

Childs received the firm's prestigious “Broker of the Year” for being Capacity's top producer in 2016. His partner, Steve Hunker, also received honors by earning the designation of Vice President. Both brokers are part of Capacity's Industrial Team.
