Portland, OR (January 7, 2013) – Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Portland metropolitan market, today announced the completion of  a 30,882-square-foot office lease on behalf of Ruby Receptionists at Murray Scholls Town Center in Beaverton, OR.

Mike Nye, SIOR and a Principal of Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International represented Ruby Receptionists. Terms of the lease could not be disclosed. The new location is a second location and expansion for Ruby Receptionists, which is based in Portland on Lovejoy Street. 

Murray Scholls Town Center is located at 13595 SW Murray Scholls Drive in Beaverton, which is approximately 9 miles west of downtown Portland. It is a new retail and office mixed-use project by Gramor Development Inc. Comprised of one-and-two stories, current tenants include 24 Hour Fitness, Kaiser Permanente, Beaverton Public Library, Murrayhill Physicians, Walgreens and many others.
