Troy, MI (February 11, 2013) – It has been announced that Mason L. Capitani has assumed the position of President of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) for 2013. CBOR is the commercial overlay board which provides leadership, services, education, and professional standards to commercial real estate practitioners throughout the State of Michigan. Mr. Capitani has stated that his agenda for his administration will include a focus on the continued growth of the organization by providing its members with resources such as access to the statewide database of commercial properties (CPIX), commercial continuing education, local and statewide networking sessions, grievance and standards committees, commercial forms and a unified voice relative to legislative issues that the membership benefits from.

Mr. Capitani is the Executive Vice President and a Principal of the Troy, Michigan based firm L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International and he is a Principal Member of Troy based Liberty Property & Asset Management. He is also a past President of the Michigan Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
