Austin, TX – Centric Commercial/CORFAC International Principal Craig Couch announced today that his firm represented Daryl Flood Logistics in its lease of 104,146 square feet at 15833 Long Vista Drive which is located within Vista Industrial Park in North Austin.

Daryl Flood Logistics leased an entire building from Global Logistics Properties (GLP). GLP owns numerous buildings in the park. The approximate 2.5-million-square-foot industrial park is near I-35 and Grand Avenue Parkway.

Russell Todd, Principal with Centric Commercial/CORFAC International and Andrew Swanson, Senior Vice President with Centric Commercial/CORFAC International along with Bob Berry from Avison Young represented Daryl Flood Logistics in its long- term lease. Financial terms were not released.

Daryl Flood Logistics is headquartered in Coppell, Texas, and maintains service and distribution facilities in Austin, Houston, El Paso, Lubbock and Grand Prairie, Texas, as well as in Shreveport, LA, and Jacksonville, FL. The company provides retail, ecommerce, home and technology-oriented logistics, shipping and fulfillment services.

“The Austin facility is one of the larger properties that Daryl Flood Logistics occupies.  We surveyed the market and considered a number of different options until it was determined that the Vista Park building had the right combination of size, location, building plan/tenant improvements and economics that were the best fit for its business,” said Andy Swanson.
