Century Realty/CORFAC International in Pittsburgh, PA, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the former Gander Mountain located at 1040 Towne Square Drive in Greensburg, PA. The 31,160 square foot retail building will be renovated into a multi-tenant opportunity for various office and/or retail prospects. Hartman Eye Group was the buyer and was represented by Jessica Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Century Realty. 
 
Hartman Eye Group is relocating its Greensburg ophthalmology office to this property, occupying approximately 8,600 square feet. In addition, PA Cyber School will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet and is scheduled to open by summer 2021. The remaining 12,570 square feet will offer a premier leasing opportunity for additional retail or office users. This available space can be subdivided to a minimum of approximately 5,000 square feet. 
 
Jarosz will also be handling the marketing and leasing of this repositioned property. According to Ms. Jarosz, “This is a great example of how to reposition and repurpose a vacant big box retail store and maximize value for an owner/user. This newly renovated property offers highly visible signage from Route 30 and ample parking.
