Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce the sale of three industrial buildings totaling 220,000 square feet in Macomb County, Michigan. Yanfeng USA Automotive Trim Systems purchased the complex, which is located on Executive Drive in Harrison Township. With the parent company based in Shanghai, China, this location represents its first manufacturing operation in America. In 2010, Yanfeng announced its joint venture with Visteon Automotive, which precipitated the requirement for a new industrial site. Although the acquisition price was not disclosed, the asking price for the properties was $5 million. Jason Capitani and Tom Jablonski of L.
