Troy, Michigan (February 15, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the purchase of an investment property located at 2265 Livernois in Troy, Michigan. Choice Group will be occupying this 32,000 square foot building at Royal Ridge to use as their corporate headquarters. The Choice Group is a diverse real estate developer and investor in single family and manufactured home communities.

"It was a unique opportunity for the Choice Group to purchase a well located asset for about thirty cents on the dollar," said Gary P. Grochowski, Senior Vice President of L. Mason Capitani. Mr. Grochowski and Mason L. Capitani, Executive Vice President represented Choice Group in the transaction. The Choice Group will begin major system improvements next week.
