Tempe, AZ (May 5, 2014) - Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International, Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the lease of 22,186 SF of office space located at 1030 North Colorado Boulevard in Gilbert, Arizona.  Tyson Breinholt of CPI's Tempe Office represented the new tenant, Ready Auto Transport, LLC, in this transaction.  The property is a 37,037 SF multi-tenant building just east of South Country Club Drive, on the corner of West San Angelo Street and North Colorado Street.
