Tempe, AZ (August 12, 2012) - Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International, Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of a 10,672 SF freestanding, industrial building located in Arizona Corporate Center at 3215 N Nevada Street in Chandler, Arizona to E&E Tradeshow Rentals and Properties. Eric Jones and Leroy Breinholt of CPI's Tempe Office represented the seller in this transaction.

3215 N Nevada Street is a single-tenant building with a fenced yard, a truck well, and three 14 foot roll up doors.  The building was formerly owned by Berkshire Delaware, LLC.  The building was built in 2007 and is located just north of Elliot Road., and east of Arizona Avenue.
