Tempe, AZ (September 2, 2014) - Commercial Properties, Inc., Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of The Offices at Sundown Ranch.  Eric Butler of CPI's Scottsdale Office Group represented the seller in this transaction.

The Offices at Sundown Ranch is a 100% leased, single-tenant office condo built in 2001 which was formerly owned by 85th & Shea Office LLC.
