Phoenix, Ariz: Commercial Properties, Inc., Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of 16020 N. 77th Street, a ±10,800 SF office building in Scottsdale Airpark in Scottsdale, AZ. Craig Trbovich and Phill Tomlinson of CPI's Scottsdale Office Group represented the seller, Bill Bonnstetter of TTI Performance Systems in this transaction.

Craig Trbovich commented, "The 10,800 square foot flex building at 16020 N. 77th Street offered a great opportunity for the buyers, Mike and Maria Ryan of Cactus Mailing, to have a larger facility than their current leased location, invest in tenant improvements using SBA funding and enable them to hire an additional four employees."
