2018 CORFAC International President Andy Jaffe, Senior Vice President at CPI, and Rex Griswold of CPI’s Industrial Team, represented the tenant, Phoenix Logistics. “Phoenix Logistics took a long-term lease to help support their continued growth and will utilize the space in their efforts to manufacture complex wire harnesses and space grade products," Jaffe said. "The company has 27 years of experience supplying products for the defense and aerospace industry, servicing NASA, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Bell Helicopter and many more.”
