The team, which focuses on industrial brokerage in the Metro Phoenix market, closed 1,271 lease transactions, earning the No. 1 spot on Real Estate Forum's U.S. Industrial Leasing Transaction Volume listing. The team's closed transactions comprised 3,709,897 square feet (ranking 9th on the list of U.S. Industrial Leases - Square Feet) for a total of $70.7 million, which ranked 13th in the Total U.S. Industrial Leasing Dollar Volume.
