Company Bright Rich Confirmed the Leader in the Segment of Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate in the Rating "The First Broker"

St. Petersburg, Russia (February 20, 2014) – Consulting company Bright Rich | CORFAC International participated in the annual conference "The First Broker. New Level," during which professional market participants discussed the results of the past year and the current state of affairs in the sphere of commercial real estate in St. Petersburg.
Results of the company Bright Rich | CORFAC International, announced in the framework of the project "The First Broker," were used in the preparation of the composite rating of leading brokerage firms in St. Petersburg.
In the overall rating of "The First Broker" company Bright Rich | CORFAC International won first place in the category "Warehouse and Industrial Complexes. Rent," implementing in 2013 10 lease transactions with total area of 44,220 sq.m.
Victor Zaglumin, Head of the Department, Professional Services Bright Rich | CORFAC International, also made a brief analytical report on positive and negative forecasts of development of industrial and warehouse real estate market in St. Petersburg.
Among the positive trends were announced growth of absorption, volume of new quality projects and the growth of large lease transactions with an area of over 10,000 sq.m.
Among the negative trends Victor Zaglumin noted increase in sublease transactions indicate a falling volume of its own storage and slowing business development of the tenant companies. It was also noted that the St. Petersburg market is experiencing a shortage of professional brokers, which affects the qualitative and quantitative indicators of transactions conducted without the participation of brokerage and consulting companies.
In addition, Victor Zaglumin stressed that the activity in the segment of built-to-suit transactions and purchase high-quality industrial and warehouse premises end customers as a whole remains relatively low.
