CORFAC International is pleased to announce the winners of the 2022 Member Excellence Awards, which recognize individuals who exemplify excellence, integrity, dedication, and participation in the CORFAC network.
Winners were announced by CORFAC's 2022 President Mason Capitani, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International, during the organization's Fall Summit in Seattle September 14-17.
“Our Member Excellence Awards honor and recognize the members who have made substantial contributions to CORFAC, helping to make us the best global network for independent brokerage firms in commercial real estate,” Capitani said.
Charlie King MVP Award
Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR, Principal of Piedmont Properties of the Carolinas/CORFAC International in Charlotte, North Carolina, was recognized with the Charlie King MVP Award. Selected each year by the CORFAC President, the award recipient is considered the president’s most valuable player during the past 12 months. The award was created in honor of CORFAC co-founder Charlie King Jr., for his devoted and exceptional service to the organization.
Hensley has made substantial contributions to the growth and development of CORFAC in recent years. Most notably, he has played a key role in expanding the network as Chair of the Affiliation Development Committee. In this instrumental leadership role, Hensley has traveled to many prospective member offices to represent the network and help the organization plant flags in some of the country’s most active commercial real estate markets.
Olen Monsees Award
Dan Dokovic, SIOR, Principal of Intelica CRE/CORFAC International in St. Louis, Missouri, was recognized as this year’s Olen Monsees Award winner. Dokovic has been a leader in expanding CORFAC’s business development and deal-making opportunities.
The Olen Monsees Award, which recognizes members who have provided exceptional service to the organization, is named in honor of Olen Monsees, a former president of Karbank Real Estate Company in Kansas City, Missouri. Olen was known for his integrity and often going above and beyond the call of duty without being asked.
Dokovic was instrumental in planning the 2022 Regional Meeting in St. Louis in June. His role in organizing and promoting the event led to a successful meeting that drew members not only from the Midwest, but from many offices around the country.
Congratulations to both of CORFAC's 2022 Member Excellence Award winners. View our past Member Excellence Award winners.
