Troy, MI (September 9, 2014) – Troy, Michigan based L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 38,000 square foot office/flex property located at 27675 Halsted Road in Farmington Hills, Michigan to local investor, JOT II LLC. L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International collaborated on the exclusive listing and marketing of the property with their CORFAC affiliate in San Francisco, California, TRI Commercial/CORFAC International.

The seller, Halsted Investments, LLC, is based in San Francisco. The facility has been occupied since it was originally built by Clear Channel Communications. There is a long term lease in place with Clear Channel. The asking price for the property was $3,925,000. The final selling price has not been reported.
