CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Andy Jaffe, Senior Vice President of Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC International in Tempe, AZ, (above, far left ) will begin his term as 2018 President of the organization on January 1. CORFAC extends its appreciation to 2017 President G. Raymond Lyons, CCIM, MRICS, SIOR, (above, far right) and the entire 2017 leadership team, for their dedication throughout the year. "I'm proud of our accomplishments as an organization this year. We launched a new, industry-leading website, began the process of strengthening the CORFAC brand worldwide, scheduled our first-ever overseas Fall Summit in London for September 2018 and added new member firms in several locations domestically and abroad," said Lyons. "I look forward to the many initiatives Andy Jaffe and the rest of the 2018 leadership team will undertake in the year ahead."
Incoming President Andy Jaffe, who is a full-service broker with more than 38 years of experience in the industry, has previously served on CORFAC's Executive Committee as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. In addition, he has served on many of CORFAC's governance committees, including the Standards of Excellence Committee and Board of Directors. Jaffe was honored as CORFAC’s 2014 Olen Monsees Award recipient for going above and beyond the call of duty to improve the CORFAC network. He was also recognized as the 2016 COR$TAR Award recipient in the Largest Square Foot Retail Transaction category. The COR$TAR Awards annually recognize CORFAC’s top member-to-member referral transactions.
