CORFAC is pleased to announce Darwin Realty/CORFAC International, in the western Chicago suburb of Elmhurst, IL, is the newest U.S. affiliate to join our growing global network. Darwin Realty is the first U.S.-based firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2019’s record-setting growth of seven new firms.

“Darwin fits into our need for a strong industrial group in Chicago, complementing our existing CORFAC member ProTen Realty Group on the office side. We are now looking at a couple of strong retail/Investment sales groups in Chicago to help round out that mega-market,” Joel added.
