Originally founded by Lloyd Berger in 1998 as a commercial property management services firm, Berger Commercial/CORFAC International has since grown to become one of South Florida's largest independently owned real estate services companies. Berger Commercial provides sophisticated third-party brokerage services for tenants and landlords, investment service for buyers and sellers, property management and receivership services.
Based in Ft. Lauderdale, Berger Commercial has 13 brokerage professionals that specialize in the office, industrial and retail property sectors. In addition to leasing services, the firm is an active investment advisor and generates approximately 40 percent of its transaction volume in commercial property and land sales.

Bridgemer/CORFAC International – Switzerland
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Bridgemer/CORFAC International focuses on sustainable real
asset investment and providing full-service asset management for domestic and international owners. The firm represents institutional and private investors and serves two primary markets, Switzerland and Canada. Bridgemer's principal Daniel Shindleman, CCIM, MRICS, has dual nationality, Swiss and Canadian. His brothers, Robert and Sandy Shindleman, run Shindico/CORFAC International in Winnipeg, Canada.
