CORFAC is pleased to announce a recently closed in-network referral transaction between Mike Boyd, SIOR, and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International in Houston, Texas, and Don Ossey, SIOR, Tom Knecht, and Stephen Ossey of Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International in Portland, Oregan.

The referral consisted of a $10.8 million industrial lease for client Western Pacific Building Materials in Houston. Congratulations to all parties involved in the transaction, which is another great example of how CORFAC works!
