CORFAC congratulates Aengevelt Immobilien/CORFAC International's investment teams in Düsseldorf and Leipzig, Germany, in cooperation with FRIS/CORFAC International in Amsterdam, Netherlands, who brokered the purchase of a medical center in Jena, Germany. Values Real Estate has acquired the complex for the Values Health Invest fund, which invests in medical centers and care centers on behalf of institutional investors. The property has a total rentable floor area of almost 9,000 square meters. The tenants consist of 12 different medical practices and a number of non-medical tenants, including one branch of the Deutsche Post.
