CORFAC International is pleased to announce David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International in Houston, Texas, began his term as 2024 President of the organization on January 1. 

Joining David are fellow officers Vice President Daniel Shindleman, CCIM, MRICS, of Bridgemer AG/CORFAC International in Wollerau, Switzerland; Treasurer Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Dallas, Texas; and Secretary Trent Scott, CCIM, of First Capital Property Group/CORFAC International in Orlando, Florida. 

David is Co-Managing Principal of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International, a CORFAC member firm for over 30 years. With extensive experience in office, industrial, and land brokerage, he specializes in the leasing and sale of manufacturing and distribution facilities on behalf of investors, owner occupiers and tenants. Founded in 1977, Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International is a Houston-based boutique brokerage firm with a mix of clients that include Fortune 500, regional and local companies.

A leader in the industry, David has served as President of SIOR’s Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter and on Houston CCIM Chapter’s leadership committee. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. 

In the CORFAC network, David has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and as Communications Committee and Transactions and Business Development Committee chair. He has twice earned the CORFAC Charlie King MVP Award and several COR$TAR Awards for in-network referral transactions.
